Policies and Fees
Every stylist has their own versions of these policies- These are just a general guideline. Check with your stylist to make sure you know what their specific fees are.

*These fees are non-refundable and do not go towards future appointments..
**All stylists are independent contractors, meaning they are in charge of their own prices and what hours they work. All prices and timing of services vary between stylists and your hair. We strongly encourage a consultation with your stylist (via text or in person) before booking.
LATE POLICY
If you show up more than 15 minutes late you will likely have to reschedule (and pay a cancellation fee) due to the fact that our days are planned strategically and will set your stylist behind for the rest of the day. If for some reason your stylist can still take your appointment, it is 1$ a minute after 15 minutes. 15 minutes late is an additional 15$, 16 minutes is an additional 16$, 17 minutes is 17$ and so on and so forth.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel within 24 hours there will be a charge of 50% of your appointment cost. Our time is valuable and so is yours.
NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY
Don’t do it. Just don’t. Or you’ll have to pay for a service you didn’t get to receive before making it back on anyone in the salon’s books.
Some extra policies…
We ask that you please avoid bringing extra people with you to your appointment. We prefer to keep it so that only people who are currently receiving a service are on the salon floor. We promise our stylists are entertaining enough without bringing extra bodies.
Please leave the kiddos at home. We love them and think they are angels, but the salon is supposed to be where you get to relax. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, but it will be worth it!
Keep payments to Cash or Card only. NO CHECKS. Cards are subject to an extra 2.75% charge for merchant fees.
